Time-Tracker Not Working Properly

My time tracker is not be working. I cannot turn it on or off and it is stuck on one of my clients contract. I cannot switch to another job on the time tracker. I can only add manual time. I am attaching the screen that it is stuck on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
