Hi Andrea, I am having the same problem right now. Since yesterday the app is not tracking my time, i dont know what to do. I keep getting "connection lost" message everytime. It's been 24 hours so I am worried about the time I worked yesterdat is lost.
I am expecting your answer.

You can find advice on how to Troubleshoot the Desktop App here. Rest assured, your app can cache up to 24 hours of work at a time. If you still experience problems, report the issue so we can help you. Here’s how:
Click your name at the lower left of the app
Select Support and Feedback
Enter the details of your issue and click Send
