Periodically, the Up TTime Tracker Icon disappears from my system tray at he bottom of my screen.
This occurs on both my desktop and laptop.
Any fixes?

Does this happen when you're running the Desktop app and does it affect the app's activity?
I haven't noticed this behaviour nor seen similar reports, so please share all the relevant information and screenshots
with Customer Support in order for our team to take a look.

It happens only when I log out of Upwork when it as preseent at logoff but not when I log back in.
I'll observe and give more details later.
I just rebooted and ths time it was present.

Could you please also provide more details about the operation system you are using and a screenshot of what Upwork icon you are referring to?

yeah it happens to me too on both windows 10 & OS X .. what happens is : when i log in , only the message window is accessible meanwhile , the tracker window is hidden somewhere .. when this happens , all ican do is to repeatedly restart the computer till ( in the 4th or 5th time) it appears .. why was it hidden ? i have no idea .. where did it go ? no clues .. why did it appear ? i have no idea .. LOL ..
seriously though , i am waiting for an update that can fix this once & for all

Hi Mostafa, Have you tried un-installing the app and install it again? I experienced that as well and when I tried un-stalling and installing it back, the tracker is working fine already.

this problem is now solved .. i installed the most recently up-to-date version .. & it works perfectly
