Time Tracker isn't loading my consumed time

Hello there!

My Upwork time tracker isn't working since yesterday. I've worked for around 30 minutes or so yesterday but nothing has been recorded/ added on my previous work diary including the 'captured' screenshots. I tried to use it today and the same thing is happening.

Please check and advise as my client isn't accepting to add manual time.
