My time is not reporting. The app has been taking screenshots every ten minutes, but the work diary has not updated, and I have manually had to enter work hours for Tuesday and Wednesday, once I realized this last night. After reading several help articles, I took a screen shot of my Time Tracker and then cleared my cache. Still, nothing!
I am attaching several screenshots showing my work in the app, but then this work is not reported in my work diary online or in my total hours.
Once this is corrected, I'm hoping to remove the manual hours and allow the logged time to show.
Suggestions?

Could you please report this issue following the ’’How do I report a problem?’’ section of this troubleshooting guide? This will provide the log file for our team and they will assist you accordingly.
