Here's what happened to me. The time tracker app on my desktop just would not open, and it wasn't appearing on the main Upwork page for me to re-download. Still isn't even after a reboot, BTW! However, what I did was let the newer version of Upwork load (I kept bypassing it before) and then shut down my computer, do a hard re-boot. Now the tracker on my desktop works. Just in case anyone else is having a problem like mine.
