Time Tracker not working

Dear Team,

 

I noticed that my time tracker hasn't been calculating my work hours. I have worked for 2 hours today and yet, the time wasn't populated, it just takes screenshot. Can you fix that?

Thank you for reaching out. I checked and noticed the hours you've logged for today. Could you please let me know if the issue has been sorted out? If the issue persists, could you please share the following details:

 

  • Contract link/ID.
  • Total hours missing.
  • The exact date and time when hours were logged.
  • Timezone used.
