Time Tracker reports

Greetings,

Is it possible to pull a Time Tracker report showing hours worked with a client from the beginning of a contract to date?  More specifically, I seek a report from September 1, 2018 to March 31, 2020. 

Is this possible?   

Also, if I use Time Tracker to track hours I work THAT EXTEND BEYOND any given week's allotted time, is it possible to generate a report that shows any given week's hours over the contracted time limit?   I leverage Time Tracker for this purpose which is more for me to use as a guide of the extra hours I work for a client.   See attached screenshot for an example. Note the total time worked as compared to the 10 hours limit visible.   

At a minimum, I am trying to get an aggregate number of hours worked with the client, based on using Time Tracker and irrespectve of the weekly time limit on contract. 

This is not about a dispute of any kind - I have a strong ongoing relationship with the client.
