Time frame allowed to enter manual hours

One of the projects we are working on allows us to enter manual hours.

The question is: what is the time frame to enter the hours for each working week? it seems we are no longer able to enter it for last week if it's already Monday the following week.

Do you enter it on daily basis? thanks.

They send you an email at the end of the week when the current week closes. According to my email it says Monday at noon UTC. For me, it's some time late Sunday night. So at this point, any hours you log will be for next week payout.

Jennifer,

Sounds like the cut off time is Sunday night because we couldn't enter the hours for last week when we tried this morning.

We obviously missed entering the hours (for last week), and i guess we will have to communicate with the client and add those hours to current week.

Thanks,

Yeah, the cut off (for my time zone) is Sunday evening, so I make sure I do my hourlies by Saturday and Sunday. If I have an hourly to work on Sunday, I do it first just to make sure I don't have to wait over 2 weeks to get paid for something I did right after the cutoff.
