So, I had a service downtime and was using the Upwork desktop app for logging time in offline mode. As far as I could tell, it was working fine, taking the screenshots and a static window on the bottom right corner telling me that it's tracking time offline.
I stopped the tracker after 50 minutes and checked the work diary 20 minutes later to see if the time was logged correctly. But, it's simply not there. Is there any way I can retrieve the time and and the screenshots?
By the way, during all this time, I neither shut down my computer nor closed the app.
Any help appreciated!

Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your cached time to be uploaded once the app has reconnected with the website. If you have any additional questions let me know, thank you.
