Time tracker didn't log my time in work diary

I have worked today with time tracker on, it was taking screenshots. After, when logged out and checked the work diary, no time is logged. can you please help here?

Click your name at the lower left of the app
Select Support and Feedback
Enter the details of your issue and click Send

the problem is solved after reloggin my account. Today, same issue happened again, I guess there is the bug in system. On time, time tracker take screenshots but the time is not logged, after relogin, time appears.
