Time tracker didn't sync time

Hi guys. I worked for 4 hours but my tracker didn't move. I thought that the tracker will sync the time eventually, but it didn't, so now i am shorter with time for 4 hours. Anyone had issue of this type? Thank you in advance.

Were you tracking your hours offline? If you did, the hours should be uploaded to your work diary once you're back online. Please let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.

Hello!
No, it wasn't offline. The timer was on but I got lost in the job and
didn't notice it didn't track the time in the beginning. Then I thought
that it will sync afterward. When I began the session, I had 16:40
hours/minutes. The session was about 3 hours and it didn't move from 16:40.
I turned it off and worked another session that lasted for about 50
minutes. I turned off the timer again, restarted it but nothing worked. I
opened the work diary but the screenshots from those two-session don't
exist. Then I cleared the cache on Upwork, the timer started working
normally, but I lost those 4 working hours. I have taken two screenshots,
one from the first session and one from the second one. I am sending them
to you now, they are attached to this email.
