Time tracker doesn't track my time

so i've worked for 3.30 hours and it tracks only the first hour of my work time. my work diary only show that 1 hour but the time tracker app is showing the latest screenshoot (attached)

so, I'm started to panic and manually add the time from the web.

 

will the data be conflicted? the manual input and the one from tracker app.

 

and what happen if the tracker app didn't update my work hour?

Hi Augus,

 

The Desktop App features a time-caching mode, which allows you to seamlessly log your working hours even during minor internet connection issues or Upwork site maintenance. It automatically uploads the cached data as soon as your connection is restored, ensuring that all your logged time is included in your weekly invoices and no time is lost.

 

If you have already added time manually for the same time interval, your tracked time may not be added to your work diary. We suggest you check your work diary regularly to ensure there is no conflict in logged hours.

not sure if it was a bug on the desktop app or what, but I started new session and it was logged succesfully. I think it's because I clicked back button and click the stop tracking button.

the previous log was faiiled because I click the "online" switch button.

 

I'm not sure which way is the correct one to stop the time tracking but clicking the online switch is the main cause of the failed logging, I believe.
