Time tracker is missing hours/screen shots.

Hi there,

I'm facing this problem couple of weeks from now.

When I'm working on modelling, the time tracker works properly and takes screenshots in every 10mins.

But when I start rendering the model, which takes 4hr to 8hr or sometimes even more hours, the time tracker skips taking screenshots. As a result hours not counted.

In animation rendering, Rendering takes really long hours. It's obvious, there is NO mouse clicks/movements done in between. I noticed that, in that ideal position (while screen is active) time tracker doesn't take screenshots and hours not counted.

Any help in this?

You'll have to move your mouse occasionally for TimeTracker to know you are at work. Otherwise, it stops tracking after a period of time. (I don't know what that period of time is. Someone else here will know.)

The work you do might be better done under a fixed-price contract, rather than hourly?
