Time tracker malfunction

is anyone experiencing this problem on time tracker? the current session is 1hr:35minutes but it only recorded 1hour, The weekly time must be 8hr and 35mins. Kindly fix this issue upwork community. thank you

It only counts segments with activity. The upper number 1.35 is how long the tracker has been on, not necessarily how much time it has tracked. If you look at your work diary, there may be segment(s) that did not have activity.

Hi Petra. I've seen you mention previously that segments with no activity aren't counted. However I'd never noticed it myself until last week. I tracked a 40 minute Skype call with a client, and my diary showed two screenshots of my client's face with two empty segments between them.

I must remember in future to click my mouse while Skyping.
