Time tracker not working : An unknow error has occured

Hi,

I cannot sign in with the app, I get "an unknow error has occured".

I tried removing the app and downloading it again. I have never signed in with Google so that is not the issue either...

Any suggestion apart from asking the client to move to another plateform?
