Time tracking issue

Hello sir,

I could not find a time tracker tool with my Upwork app. I reinstall the application but still not appear at my desktop. Please help me to solve this issue.

I already have installed from here still I can access chat box instead of Time tracker tool.

Do you have an active hourly contract?

Are you on a compatible operating system?

I think I have resolved my issue just by clear cache and restart the app. Anyway, I have one more issue if you can help?

Can I start tracking when client show offline?

If you have work to do and the client asked you to do the work, then you can start tracking while doing the work you were hired to do.
