Time zone issue / Brazil has decided to no longer follow DST

Hello,

Our daylight saving time here in Brasil was cancelled by the president, so we'll not have summer time this year, and may not have it anymore.

I correctly set our local time as UTC - 3:00 (for SP = Sao Paulo) but local time at my profile shows one hour more (ex: 4:16 when it should show 3:16).

I really don't have our president's phone number, so I hope that someone from UW could update time settings at server side...
