My time tracker stopped updating on 8/24/2017 but the desktop app is up to date with the hours I have worked. Why are the two not syncing and how do I ensure that the timesheet details via web gets updated with the tracked hours in the desktop app?
Are all the hours you worked in your work diary?
That's all that counts. Billing is done from the work diary. What's in the work diary is what you get paid.
If something is not in the work diary, it's possible that the tracker is not uploading (usually an Internet or firewall problem) If the tracker is working in offline mode you need to make sure it connects to the server before Sunday midnight (UTC) so the hours in Cache are uploaded.
