Hi Joy,
Could you try to change your internet connection so that the Desktop app and the work diary are synchronized? If you're still havening the same problem after this, click on the settings cog in the Desktop app > Support & Feedback > and submit a ticket directly from the app. This way your logs will be included and our team can investigate this further. Thank you.
