Timetracker doesn't work sometimes

Hi! On my new contract I see that time tracker doesn't work properly. It counts first 10 mins and than I can see that previous screenshot was made about 13 mins ago but the timer doesn't change

 No, that is the new normal. As soon as the second screenshot happens, it will go to 20 mins,to 30 after the third etc.

Hi Stepan, 


The timer/time today should show in intervals of 10-minutes. We removed the elapsed timer which increased each minute, and replaced it with a timer which increases in 10 minute intervals after a screen capture is taken and the time is registered as billable.  Did you really write that with a straight face? Improvements?

Well, you could go thinking about going back to the previous version.

I think there has already been enough (bad) feedback from users to remain "stubborn" with keeping it that way.
I have not had to use this one yet, but for everything I've been reading, I'm afraid the day I have to use it again! : robotfrustrado:
