Tips on profile to get more attention!

Hi,

I started to work as a freelancer on Upwork January this year. My profile doesn't seem to appeal much (The average profile view is 1 per week). I have revised my profile  with tips I learned from Upwork webinars but still not getting much attention. So I'm here to ask Upwork freelancers If you could look at my profile and give me some advice, It will be very helpful!
