Tired of fake job postings

I use a RSS reader to gather Upwork job posts. And frequently i see repeated jobs posted with a difference of less than 2 minutes with the same title from different clients in different countries, and this make me run away from Upwork. So many job posts from accounts created 1 day ago also appeared constantly.
Here is a example of what i see daily on my RSS feed of Upwork jobs:

Thank you for your return. But what i am talking about is to create methods to avoid fake job posts in general, and not just one post.  I flagged this one as inapropriate. 
And also there are hundreds of new clients on Upwork in the last weeks. Every day i see job postings from profiles created in the last day, everyday.

This has been going on for a long time now.I think most of the real clients have abandoned Upwork. I've heard that Upwork maybe posting these fake jobs to prop up the company. Its sad Upwork used to be great.

Its everything too weird in Upwork. Too sad things going this way
