Titling milestones - can client be descriptive?

Hi, all. Are clients able to be descriptive when setting up milestones? I'm working for someone who sets up a new milestone weekly for me, and it's getting confusing keeping track of the different jobs. I've asked him to be descriptive in his milestones but this hasn't happened yet. I'm wondering if this isn't possible (I'm guessing it is though), or he's just not doing it for some other reason...

It is possible, but your client seems unwilling.
