I've been working from home for the past 6 years now and where I worked we didn't use Cover Letters. I studied for a few years and I've worked with big and small projects within crypto and never have I needed it, my work usually speaks for itself.
I know we have some Elite freelancers here and I want to dip my foot into the world of freelancing so I was wondering what you guys consider as a good Cover Letter?

Addressing Client's problems, being on the point, showcasing your work & experience & customizing your proposal for each client is what makes it a good Cover Letter.
Optimize your profile & keep it 100% complete. If your work speaks for itself, your portfolio should reflect that. It doesn't matter what we think, avoid templates, automations & give your best shot & let client decide the rest.
and most importantly: keep learning...
