To avoid additional account restrictions, you must complete your ID verif video call with Upwork

Hello Upwork Community,
My ID verification call with Upwork is complete and has a chat video interview with Upwork and it more than 2 days and the issue is not solved till yet and can't apply to new projects due to this problem of iD verification!
Can somebody tell me how much time it takes to verify identity!
And also email Upwork about the issue but didn't get any response from their side.
