Hi guys, my friend worked with a client who hasn't upwork accout(the client).Can we get a payment from him using this platform.? Because this is a secure platform as I know

I am just asking can we use this as paypal because paypal is not supporting for their country? If yes how is the charges and how to do it?

And also I want to know that it gets any charges from client or not?

Yes you can receive payment by sending him direct contract.

what kind of amout reduce as the upwork fee%?

Upwork takes 10%.
