To know about invitations that declined

I had been notified about the invitation.

• In other days, I receive this type of invitation as a gmail.But I haven't received any such correspondence.
• Now I can't see the invitation.
• but in my communication field, stats show an unanswered invitation.
• I logged into my account before the 24-hour mark.
• It now appears that my proposal has been declined.

1. I'd like to know if it has any impact on my account JSS.
2. Why didn't I receive a notification email?
3. Can I know at what time  I got my invitation?
