Hi Hamza and Elizabeth,
Please, click on the round picture in the upper right corner and make sure you switch to your freelancer account. Then go to the Settings using the same menu and click "Edit" next to "Location" in the Contact Info section. Complete the fields and save.

In your Settings> Contact Info, please click "Edit" next to Location and add your address in the fields you'll see.
You may also want to add skills and profile picture to your profile as well as information about your past employment, education and other experiences to complete it 100%.
I am having this exact same problem... I enter in my phone number but there is a "Country" drop down menu that won't let me choose anything, so I cannot update... which means I cannot submit proposals.
It doesn't look like there are any issues with your address. However, you need to choose your Membership in order to be able to send proposals to clients. In order to do it, on your Find Work page click on the available connects link on the right side of the page. On the next page you'll be able to select your Membership.
I was having this issue, but I realized that I was only editing my address in the "Invoice Address" section and not the "Location" section. You need to have an address in the "Location" section in order to get rid of the message.
I keep trying to update my address and it will not allow me to use my correct address. I have put in a temporary one that works but it keeps coming back with an error that says:
Even though I have inputted my full address.
I am having the same issue. My address enters in just fine, but it wants me to choose this country drop-down, but nothing is there to choose (next to phone number). I cannot update, therefore I cannot submit proposals... and I really need work. I see others having this trouble too (today). Please advise when you can. Thank you.

The issue with preventing users from being able to select their country from the drop-down menu when adding their telephone information has been resolved. Please let us know if you experience any issues with this, thank you.
