I keep getting this message -- "To submit a proposal, update your address" -- every time I try to submit a proposal. But my address is correct already and doesn't need to be updated. What do I do? I'd like to start submitting proposals.
I'm getting the same error I'm unable to provide a proposal. I noticed that this has been going on for a long time affecting a number of people, why hasn't this been resolved (if your engineers are aware of it) ?

I keep getting this message when I try to apply for a task and I already filled fields with address. Is it some bug or I dont understand it?
I checked Topics already and I checked address fields 35 times, problem still exists. Even tried other browser.
Please help fast.
