You must update your address before you can submit proposals.

 

Hello,

 

I keep getting this message when I try to apply for a task and I already filled fields with address. Is it some bug or I dont understand it?

 

I checked Topics already and I checked address fields 35 times, problem still exists. Even tried other browser.

 

Please help fast.

Trying to submit a proposal and it keeps giving me an error message with the red pentagon symbol of death: "To submit a proposal update your address". 

 

My address is updated. It's my current address so I don't understand why it keeps saying this. How do I fix this please?

Please, clear your cache and cookies and/or try to use a different browser to log in to your account and fill all the fields under your location information

Need a quick help, as i am not able to submit any proposals. The message gets displayed is update your address. The address is already updated.

Hi Heena,

 

Please go to Settings > My Info to add your address on your account so that you can start bidding on jobs, thank you.

Thanks for the quick reply, but the address is already updated in my contact info field. Then also I am getting the error. Please find the attached screenshot.

Hi Heena,

 

You have listed your address under the invoice tab and not under the location tab, please add your address under the location tab and you will be able to submit proposals. Thank you.
