Hello

 

I am new to Upwork and anytime I try to submit a proposal I find that this box is unclickable. How do I go about this?

 

How long will this project take?

Value is required and can't be empty.

I checked your account and can confirm that you still haven't listed your city, to add your city in your address go to Settings > Contact Info > Location. Thank you.

I checked your account but was not able to replicate the issue and everything worked as designed.

Please log out and log in again, try clearing your cache and cookies as well and let me know if you experience the same problem after this. Thank you.

Hi. I also have the same issue. I can't submit a proposal. It is asking me to update my address in which I already did. Please help.

Hi Gretel,

 

You will also need to add your City on the "City" field in order to be able to send proposals. To do this please go to Settings > Contact Info > Location. Thank you.

I just checked your account and saw that you still haven`t submitted your application for a review. Please go to the bottom of the page and click on the ''Review Application''. It can take up to 24 hours for the review to be completed, once it is completed our team will reach out to you directly with the results.
