I have done this 2x already but i still get the message

i tried logging off and on 2x too but it doesnt help

Can a Staff Member get in touch with me to solve this problem? i cannot apply to any job!

Just to confirm that you still haven't added your city in your address, to do this please go to Settings > Contact Info > Location. Thank you.

Had to wait for a suggestion of the city to come up and click it.
i wonderd why i diddnt save the city the first time i put it in

Argh! I've spent a few hours trying to sort this out,

I've updated my address already but still cannot submit a proposal and there is no way to contact the upwork team. Can anyone advise?

I AM having the same issue. Every time when I try to submit a proposal "Please update your address" keeps popping up. I have changed it a few times. still the same. It is killing me
