I have the same issue. It appears to be an issue from 2018, surprised its not fixed yet on a platform many people rely on for an income - please respond asap with a public fix

I just check this from our end and wasn't able to replicate the issue you're describing. Please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with another browser to check if you`re still experiencing the same issue.

Hi Carolyn,

 

I checked this for you and looks like you completed fields under your ''Invoice address''. Kindly, complete all fields under your Location information, and let us know if the issue persists after this.

I checked your account and it looks like you haven't added your address yet. Please log in to your account and go to settings> contact info and click on the pencil icon right next to "Location". Thank you!

Hi Tammy,

 

Please go to Settings > Contact Info > Location and update your address. Once you`ve done this you should be able to start sending proposals. Thank you.
