I am trying to submit a proposal and it says that i need to update my address. The problem is that when i go to my profile page and start filling the fields needed to update when i reach the Phone field nothing happens when i press the country button. It doesnt let me update my profile without completing it.
Please help me, how can i solve this.
Could you please try updating your location information first in your Settings> Contact info? Once that's saved, please try adding your phone.
Let us know if that still doesn't work.
It doesn't let me choose. The drag down list won't show up at all so I can not choose the country because of that I am not able to edit the adress. Without address I can not do proposal. I live in Perth, Australia.

Can't update my address info in phone field to Portugal, the 1st field where you should put the country code before the phone number doesn't allow me to type or choose anything and I can't update my address info due to that.
So I live in Grenada W.I. I had started creating my profile in Elance. Now trying to update my profile page, but I cannot verify my phone number. It has the country code for the phone number locked. So I can't verify my Grenada phone number. I am unable to complete my profile because I don't see a way to change my country. Please help
I'm trying to update my address but the time zone automatically sets to Pacific time, US and Canada, and when i click on the drop down arrow to set my country to the Philippines, no options/countries show up.
I'm sorry for the trouble. Have you tried using a different browser? If you haven't tried yet, please do and also, kindly try filling in the details requested before you proceed with choosing your country code and adding your phone number. If you still encounter issues with adding your phone number, please let us know.

I'm trying to edit my address in the Location section, but when I click the drop down list (Country) beside the phone number, it does not open. So, I'm not able to
select the country and complete my address.
I've tried different browsers and the problem is still the same. I've added a screenshot to show the problem.
