What I did was I updated my address again but this time to add my city I clicked on the options that came up in the drop down menu instead of what saving what I typed in. (you have to wait a minute for it to appear after typing in your city name). Thereafter it saved my city and I was able to submit proposals.

Same problem.

We were unable to process your proposal due to missing address information. Add your full address.

 

Even though I already update my address. Please Help

I checked but couldn't replicate the issue. Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or using a different browser? Let us know if you continue experiencing issues so that we can assist you further.
