To submit a proposal, update your address

Hi good day!

I am new to Upwork and im having issues submitting a proposal with the same issue "We were unable to process your proposal due to missing address information. Add your full address."
However, I believe, I have already filled the needed information in the "Contact Info" page.

Yes, I was able to submit the proposal after tinkering with the addresses in the Personal Info page.

Hi Thomas,

 

I checked this for you and looks like the City field under your address information is still not filled. Please try clearing your cache and cookies and using a different browser to log in to your account and fill all the fields under your location information.

If the issue persists after this please let us know and our team will assist you further.

Hey, try putting your city, with your address and then save/ update. This method worked for me. If not try applying through different browser.
