I’m a new-comer of this platform and I’ve got the same problem - to submit a proposal you need to update your address.
But I’ve already checked out all the fields, they are truly filled.
Help me please to find a solution.
I would also need some assitance in solving the same issues. Can't send any proposals due some "update Adress" problem that is unexplainable to me.
