I just checked your account and I can see that you were able to send a proposal 10min ago, and you`re able to bid on other jobs as well.

I am experiecing an issue zhen submitting a proposal. The systems says "To submit a proposal, update your adress" (see screenshot attached).
The problem is that I have already updates my adress, but I still experienced the same issue when I tried submitting my proposal again.
Can anyone help me?
