Hi,

I was facing the same problem. The problem was I did not enter my phone number. After entering the phone number the problem gone. Just check your profile and fill the missing field.

"To submit a proposal, update your address"

 

I get the following message every time I try and submit a proposal. I have updated my address multiple times and it hasn't made a difference.

Hi Robert,

 

You will need to add your City to the "City" field as well. To do this go to Settings > Contact Info > Location > City. Once you`ve added your city you should be able to submit a proposal. Thank you.

I checked your account and it looks like you missed to fill in some fields in your address. In order for this issue to be resolved, please fill in your address completely, making sure that your City field is filled in.
