I am new to UpWork and I want to apply for a Proposal but I am getting "To submit a proposal, update your address"message. However, I have updated the address.

I just checked your account and was not able to replicate the issue, I can confirm that you can submit proposals on jobs. Please log out and log in again, if you`re still experiencing the same issue after this let me know. Thank you.
