I have noticed of late that many clients are closing jobs. This week alone I have received several emails showing that a job was closed or archived. Anyway, I don't have an issue with that as clients can do as they please. My issue is, shouldn't I get back my connects when a client closes a job? I thought this was the case, but I have noticed that I'm not getting back my connects for closed or archived jobs.
In such cases, are we supposed to get our connects back?
