I have noticed of late that many clients are closing jobs. This week alone I have received several emails showing that a job was closed or archived. Anyway, I don't have an issue with that as clients can do as they please. My issue is, shouldn't I get back my connects when a client closes a job? I thought this was the case, but I have noticed that I'm not getting back my connects for closed or archived jobs.
In such cases, are we supposed to get our connects back?

Hi Anne,
Connects are refunded only when a client closes their job without hiring or we find a job post has violated our Terms of Service. Thank you.
