Too many customers create vacancies and do not hire people. I just see how vacancies close without hiring a freelancer. This is irresponsible from the side of the customers. Freelancers spend their connects in order to apply where, as a result, the client has not hired any freelancer.

Do you buy clothes in every clothes-shop you enter? If not, is this irresponsible, because the shop owner still has to pay rent and electricity and staff....?
