Why top rated badge has removed from my profile even my i'm doing well jobs and my earning is meeting required criteria of UpWork.  Kindly anyone tell me satisfied reson for that.

Well, i know if JSS below 90 then it can be removed but actually i wanted to know that if i'm working continiously then how JSS can go below 90 even my clients are also satisfied with my work and earning is also going well according to crieteria.
