Top Rated Eligble Weeks

HI Guys,

I have had a 100% jss Score for the last 8 months. I was also 100% jss score up until september last year for about 5 months  but had one client who gave me a bad review and that brought down my jss to 83. anyways i removed that from my jss and it again improved it back to 100%.

My question is, why has my top rated eleigble weeks stayed at 14/16?
