Top Rated Eligibility

Hi everyone,

I just want to know why my top rated eligible weeks is not changing. It still shows 2 out of 16. My JSS is @ 100% for several weeks now. I want to be Top Rated and would very much want to know what else I can do. Thank you for your time.

Hi Rosalyn,

I checked, and the eligible weeks calculation are accurate. You have to look at the eligibility weeks as a rolling 16 week window. For more information about the eligible weeks calculation, please check this help article.
