Top Rated Eligible Weeks Not Changing

Hello everybody!
I am having problem with the top rated eligible weeks not changing at all.
My Job Succes Score was 100% and my top rated eligible weeks were 16/16 weeks.
My JSS then dropped to 88% and it was for 10 weeks like below 90%, and they dropped to 6/16 weeks which was appropriate.
But I am back to 94% JSS and the top rated eligible weeks are still stuck on 6/16 for two months and counting...
Has anyone experienced this problem and tell me who can I contact to get it fixed?
Thank you

There is nothing to "be fixed"

Once you get back above 90% you add eligible weels, but until the non-eligible weeks fall out of the 16 week rolling window nothing will change.  That takes a long time. Once the non eligible weeks fall out of the 16 week window, it will start to go up again.
