Top Rated Freelancers Badge Not Showing on my Profile.

I have maintained a 90%+ Job Success Score for the las16 weeks and yet I don't see that little top rated badge on my Profile. What could be wrong?

You are not eligible.

You need 12-month earnings of over $ 1000
