Top Rated: I am eligible, how do I get it?

Hi!

I keep getting an e-mail from UpWork stating that I am eligible for the Top Rated status, and that I just need to update my Profile to make it 100% complete. But when I go to my profile, I can't find anything that needs to be updated. I checked the "learn more" link, and I meet all the criteria. So why do I keep getting this e-mail, and I don't see the top rated status? Is there something I'm missing?

Thanks?

Go to your My Stats page and scroll to the bottom. What does it say about "Profile Completeness?"

Anything other than 100% will prevent you getting the top rated badge.

I see that your profile is unlikely to be at 100% - you should add employment history for example, more portfolio items etc....   This help article might help

Portfolio Item

5% each (max 20%)

Employment History Item10% each (max 20%)

Education

10% each (max 20%)

Profile Video10%
Linked Account10% (max 10%)
Certification5% each (max 10%)
Other Experience5% (max 5%)

Hi Tattiana,

Receiving the notification means you're on your way to earning a Top Rated badge. Once you meet all the requirements, the badge will be added to your profile, and you will receive another notification letting you know. For more information about the criteria for earning the Top Rated badge, please check out this help article
