My agency got recently Top Rated Plus badge. And, now I got another mail today *Your status has gone from Top Rated Plus to Top Rated*. Idk the reason. I request you team UPWORK, please help me out with it.

I don't get any notification on that. I just received a mail 2 days ago *Welcome to Top Rated Plus!*. And now I got another mail *Your status has gone from Top Rated Plus to Top Rated* 13 hours ago).
Idk, why my profile is not eligible for *Top Rated Plus* now, if its already approved for the *Top Rated Plus! badge*.
Please help!

Hi,
I have a freelancer account. I am a top-rated plus freelancer, today I checked my profile and found that my top-rated plus badge is not showing on my profile, it was showing earlier on my profile. I don't know the reason why the top-rated badge is not displayed on my profile.
